Sluqe provides an audio processing and transcription platform that includes, but is not limited to:

• Audio recording via the Sluqe platform and associated browser extensions;
• Automated transcription of recorded or uploaded audio files;
• Summarization and analysis of transcribed content using large language models (“LLMs”);
• Secure storage and organization of audio and text data;
• Searchable access to processed content for user recall and reference.

3. Audio Recording and Processing

By using the Service, you acknowledge and expressly consent to:

• The capture and recording of audio via the Sluqe platform and extensions;
• The transmission, processing, and storage of audio data on Sluqe's servers;
• The use of automated tools, including LLMs, for transcription, summarization, and content analysis;
• The generation of derivative insights from your transcribed content.

4. User Obligations

You agree that you will:

• Obtain all necessary consents and legal rights before recording or submitting any audio content;
• Not use the Service to violate applicable laws, including privacy, wiretap, or data protection regulations;
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to your account;
• Promptly notify Sluqe of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Sluqe is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Accordingly:

• All audio and textual data is encrypted in transit and at rest;
• You retain full ownership of your content;
• You may delete your content at any time via your user account;
• Sluqe does not share personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to operate the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights in your original audio files and transcriptions. By using the Service, you grant Sluqe a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

All software, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation developed by or on behalf of Sluqe remain the exclusive property of Sluqe or its licensors.

7. Service Availability

Sluqe aims to provide continuous service availability; however, access may be interrupted due to maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. Sluqe shall make reasonable efforts to notify users of any planned service disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Sluqe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
• Sluqe's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Sluqe in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Sluqe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, pose a legal or security risk, or engage in behavior deemed abusive or harmful.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately, and Sluqe may delete your stored content in accordance with its retention policies.

10. Modifications to Terms

Sluqe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
